Antiseptic Hydrogel (Sterile)
SavDerm Antiseptic Hydrogel (Sterile) is a transparent, sterile, amorphous dressing composed of Polyhexamethylene Biguanide hydrochloride (PHMB), Carboxymethyl Cellulose (CMC), Propylene Glycol, and Pure water. This product contains antimicrobial ingredients and is suitable for wounds with low-to-moderate exudate or those at risk of infection. It provides a moist healing environment for dry wounds and can absorb small amounts of discharge from exuding wounds to promote healing. It also acts as a barrier against external bacterial contact.
The medical-grade, broad-spectrum antimicrobial agent PHMB helps reduce infection and the formation of microbial colonies on the skin. Verified by Antimicrobial Effectiveness Testing, SavDerm Antiseptic Hydrogel effectively inhibits common wound bacteria, including Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus pyogenes, and Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA).

Indications
- Indicated for the treatment of general wounds, pressure ulcers, diabetic ulcers, necrotic wounds, and first- and second-degree burns. Not for use on third-degree burns.
Directions for use
(It is recommended to use this product under the guidance of healthcare professionals.)
1. Cleanse the wound with normal saline.
2. Open the nozzle cap.
3. Gently squeeze the tube with one hand to dispense the gel from the tip. Apply evenly over the wound to a thickness of about 5 mm, ensuring the nozzle does not touch the wound surface. Discard any remaining gel after use.
4. Cover the wound with a secondary dressing.

Ingredients

Precaution
1. This product can remain on the skin for several days; the frequency of dressing changes should depend on the wound condition.
2. When changing the gel, remove the secondary dressing first and cleanse the wound with saline before reapplying the gel.
3. The product is sterile unless the package is opened or damaged. Do not use if the package is damaged before opening.
4. For single use only, and do not reuse after opening.
5. Not suitable for individuals with known sensitivity to any of the gel ingredients.
6. Avoid direct sunlight, high temperature, and humidity.
7. Discontinue use immediately and seek medical attention if redness, heat, swelling, pain, allergic reaction, or discomfort occurs.
